Assessments are always free, including your initial assessment. Annual membership gives your school full access to Arete's processes, content, assessments, and reports, with personal support to help you use the findings.
Additional Zoom sessions and substantial project work are quoted separately before scheduling. Travel expenses are extra and agreed upon in advance. Your written agreement confirms enrollment, scope, schedule, and responsibilities. Software products, separately arranged Barnabas coaching, and Academy events have their own scope and terms.

The full-day rate for schools with an active annual advisory membership.
Before scheduling, we agree on the audience, topic, session length, learning outcomes, materials, preparation, and follow-up in writing. Professional development is separately scheduled and priced; annual membership does not include a professional-development day. Conference keynotes, retreats, and substantial custom work receive a separate quote.
Travel agreed separately. Travel expenses are additional and determined by location, schedule, and actual needs. Many visits may be within a day’s drive; mileage, tolls, parking, lodging, and other necessary expenses are confirmed in advance when applicable. No material travel expense is incurred without prior agreement.
