CROWN will not treat an ambitious module vision as proof of school readiness. Every founding-school proposal defines the capabilities, responsibilities, integrations, preparation, and evidence required for that school's agreed go-live.
Schools can examine concept interfaces, role journeys, connected workflows, platform direction, and the questions that determine operating fit.
The proposal identifies enabled capabilities, integration and migration work, permissions, training, responsibilities, timing, and commercial terms.
Data, workflows, access controls, integrations, training, support ownership, and agreed acceptance checks must be validated before live operation.

No. CROWN is one platform with role-specific experiences. Each user sees the information, tools, and actions appropriate to the user's school and responsibilities.
CROWN is organized as a connected platform, while optional capabilities can be aligned to a school's operating needs and launch scope. The implementation conversation determines the responsible starting configuration.
CROWN follows a multi-tenant model: one governed product with school identity, permissions, module visibility, and data isolation enforced below the presentation layer.
Founding-school conversations, contracting, implementation planning, and guided demonstrations are open now. The first school go-lives are planned for January 1, 2027.
CROWN Core has no recurring school software subscription. The working model includes an $85 annual fee per student or school-affiliated child, a $195 annual family maximum, and $1,500 standard school implementation. Jireh, Kingdom Path, complex migration, travel, processing arrangements, and other optional scope are identified separately before agreement.
