The actual schedule is defined in writing and depends on school readiness and scope.

Not every question requires a paid engagement.

Assessments and the discovery conversation are always free. Annual membership is $2 per enrolled student for full access to our processes, content, assessments, and reports, an initial results-review Zoom consultation, and scheduled quarterly check-ins. Additional sessions and substantial project work are quoted separately; travel expenses are extra and agreed upon in advance.

The full-day rate for schools with an active annual advisory membership.

Before scheduling, we agree on the audience, topic, session length, learning outcomes, materials, preparation, and follow-up in writing. Professional development is separately scheduled and priced; annual membership does not include a professional-development day. Conference keynotes, retreats, and substantial custom work receive a separate quote.

Travel agreed separately. Travel expenses are additional and determined by location, schedule, and actual needs. Many visits may be within a day’s drive; mileage, tolls, parking, lodging, and other necessary expenses are confirmed in advance when applicable. No material travel expense is incurred without prior agreement.
