CROWN FOUNDING SCHOOLS • PLANNING OPEN

Help shape a platform built around Christian-school life.

Founding schools do more than receive an early demonstration. They help validate the workflows, responsibilities, controls, and implementation sequence required for a responsible school launch.

WHAT THE SCHOOL RECEIVES

A defined path—not a generic sales presentation.

  • Guided CROWN demonstration
  • School-context and operating-fit review
  • Written launch and implementation scope
  • Migration, integration, permission, and training plan
  • Named responsibilities and decision points
  • Readiness and acceptance evidence before activation

WHAT PARTICIPATION REQUIRES

Leadership participation and honest operating visibility.

  • A named school decision team and accountable lead
  • Access to relevant current-system and workflow information
  • Timely review of requirements, configuration, and decisions
  • Staff participation in testing and training
  • Validation of critical integrations and reconciliations
  • Agreement that unresolved launch blockers will not be ignored

FIVE GATES TO RESPONSIBLE OPERATION

Progress is earned through evidence.

Each stage narrows uncertainty and produces the information needed for the next decision.

  1. 01

    Conversation

Clarify the school's operating pressure, current systems, mission requirements, timing, decision team, and nonnegotiable workflows.

  2. 02

    Fit and scope

Examine role journeys, integrations, data, permissions, capabilities, implementation effort, risks, and readiness.

  3. 03

    Written proposal

Document pricing, responsibilities, enabled scope, migration, training, acceptance evidence, support, and target go-live.

  4. 04

    Prepare

Configure, migrate, test, train, reconcile, and resolve critical gaps before asking people to operate live.

  5. 05

    Verify and launch

Activate only after the school and CROWN confirm that the agreed acceptance evidence supports responsible operation.

EARLY-ADOPTER BENEFIT

The first 100 CROWN schools receive twelve months of Arete membership.

The included membership begins at go-live and provides Arete's standard processes, content, assessments, reports, initial results-review consultation, and scheduled quarterly check-ins. Additional sessions, substantial project work, specialist coaching, software charges, and travel are separate.

OPEN NOW

Founding-school conversations

Schools can begin discovery, demonstrations, workflow review, and implementation planning now.

SCHOOL-SPECIFIC

Launch scope

Enabled capabilities, data work, integrations, training, timing, support, responsibilities, and fees are defined separately for each school.

CONDITIONAL

Go-live

First school go-lives are planned for January 1, 2027 and occur only after the agreed readiness evidence is complete.

BEGIN WITH FIT

Bring your current systems, pressures, priorities, and nonnegotiable mission requirements.

The first conversation is designed to determine fit and the next responsible step—not force a commitment.
