Budgets, net tuition, aid policies, staffing, capacity, and cash-flow trends. We agree the relevant information, secure sharing method, and confidentiality expectations before requesting school records.
Typical deliverables
Transparent scenarios, stewardship risks, and board-ready financial decisions. Your written scope specifies the actual work, responsibilities, timeline, and follow-up.
Time and pricing
Focused decisions often take 2–4 weeks; a whole-school assessment typically takes 4–8 weeks; substantial strategy and implementation work may take 8–16 weeks. These are planning ranges, subject to readiness and scope.
Assessments are always free. Annual advisory membership is $2 per enrolled student, including full access to processes, content, assessments, reports, an initial results-review Zoom consultation, and scheduled quarterly check-ins. Substantial projects, workshops, and additional sessions are quoted separately before scheduling. Travel expenses are extra and agreed upon in advance.
